Templateight reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Create only one account per person
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session

Templateight will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Templateight offers two types of licenses for our templates:

3.1 Standard License

This license allows you to:

• Use the template for a single end product (website or application)
• Modify the template to suit your project
• Use the end product for personal or commercial purposes

You may not:

• Re-distribute the template source code, either modified or unmodified
• Use the template in multiple projects
• Include the template in a product offered for sale where the template adds value to the product

3.2 Extended License

This license includes all Standard License rights, plus:

• Use the template in a product that is sold to multiple customers
• Use the template in multiple projects or applications

All templates, code, designs, and content provided by Templateight remain the intellectual property of Templateight or its content suppliers. The licenses granted are limited to those expressly stated in these terms and do not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You may not claim intellectual property rights over any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All templates are copyright © Templateight.

Some templates may include third-party components (frameworks, libraries, images, etc.) that are subject to their own license terms. You must comply with those license terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

All payments for templates are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy:

• Refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if the template is substantially different from its description or contains major technical defects
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of features that were not advertised, or if you simply decide the template doesn't meet your needs
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

We reserve the right to determine if a refund is warranted based on the circumstances.

When using Templateight's website and templates, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws, third-party rights, or our policies
• Use our templates in any way that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Redistribute, sell, or lease our templates except as permitted by the applicable license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our website
• Use our templates to create websites or applications that promote illegal activities, discrimination, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our services

Templateight reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. However, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templateight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Templateight for the applicable template.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for changes.
