Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Refunds are only granted if the template:
- Does not work as described or has major technical issues that cannot be resolved
- Is substantially different from the product description or demo
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase
- Lack of features not advertised or shown in the demo
- Compatibility issues with third-party plugins or software not specified in the documentation
- Failure to read the product description or documentation
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@templateight.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We may request additional information or screenshots to help resolve your issue.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the purchase date.
- Repeated refund requests or abuse of the policy may result in account suspension.
